Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This position offers flexibility in hours, accepting both part-time and full-time candidates. The role will be split between two campuses, primarily focusing on evaluations with some direct therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for speech and language services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluations and services provided
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Experience conducting evaluations and working in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of the IEP process
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple campuses
