We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver-Resident Assistant to join our team at Mustang Creek Estates. As a Caregiver-Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Assist with Ambulation and Transferring
  • Housekeeping of common living areas, resident rooms, and laundry
  • Meal Preparation and serving of meals to residents during meal times
  • Medication supervision and observing of residents taking their medications

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable – Reliable - Flexible
  • Have reliable transportation to our Keller community
  • Always act in the resident's best interest
