Nurse Practitioner

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and respectful clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Core Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process, using evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity and patient-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods and timely documentation.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, practicing in a fiscally responsible manner and promoting the recruitment and retention of healthcare team members.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe and quality patient care.
- Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, ensuring a qualified workforce and modeling the professional practice of nursing.
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing (Preferred)
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills
