Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a vital part in helping the unit meet established production goals by following the necessary systems and processes. Your daily tasks will involve operating machinery and equipment on the production floor. You will also demonstrate your skills by interpreting technical diagrams and instructions for the assembly of products, systems, and panels. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing various assembly tasks to create semi-finished or final products, including packaging when integrated with production lines.
  • Performing tasks manually or utilizing light hand tools.
  • Conducting regular quality assessments as part of a defined production process.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures while ensuring a tidy work environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a motor-manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with motor assembly, motor components, and production workflows is preferred.
