Instrument Technician

At Tokai Carbon GE LLC, we are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to support our plant operations by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our instrumentation and control systems.

• Maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Calibration and maintenance of plant instrumentation to meet ISO 9002 standards.
• Effective communication with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshooting and repair of high-voltage power distribution systems, electrical equipment, and control systems.
• Installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, including conduit and wiring.
• Estimation of time and materials for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Programming and maintenance of PLC equipment and control systems.

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or more than 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of MRPII systems, such as SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Master electrician or industrial maintenance electrician license and control system technician certification preferred.
