We seek an experienced and results-driven professional to serve as our VP, Clinical Strategic Partnerships, driving business growth and development across the United States.

About the Role:

This senior-level position demands a deep understanding of clinical strategies, healthcare regulations, and technological advancements in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will excel in consultative sales, fostering long-term relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and quotas consistently.

  • Pursue and establish partnerships with key healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, and payers, to promote our comprehensive software solutions and consulting services.
  • Deliver tailored assessments, financial analyses, and product demonstrations to demonstrate the value of our software and consulting services in enhancing clinical operations and patient care while improving financial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with influential hospital/health system decision-makers and stakeholders within both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to synchronize sales strategies with market trends and client feedback.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Remain current with industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare technology.
  • Furnish exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • National travel up to 50%

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare technology or software industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in blood products and hospital transfusion practices/services.
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, care management, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
