Job Description

At CodeForce, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and their families in a safe and therapeutic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatric nursing, with a focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients. Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in New Hampshire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of prior pediatric clinical nursing experience
Work Environment

This is a night shift position, working 7pm to 7am, with 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block and holiday rotation. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
