Role Summary: As the Catering Supervisor, you will oversee in-house catering operations, manage daily catering functions, and ensure the maintenance and inventory of catering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all catering services surpass guest expectations.
  • Present Levy catering offerings to clients in a manner that enhances guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Communicate client requirements effectively to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Develop knowledge of location-specific food and beverage offerings.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance operations.

  • Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the Catering Director.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Complete daily reporting and month-end closing tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and training materials.
  • Utilize performance management tools to guide team members.
  • Encourage a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational role.
  • Strong passion for hospitality and food service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
