Job Title: Imaging Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. As an Imaging Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our physical document and check scanning solution service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 9 staff members responsible for the daily processing of physical documents and checks.
  • Provide primary contact for clients and ensure all functions are completed accurately and timely.
  • Track and report on contractual service level agreements, key business indicators, quality control processes, and adherence to the contractual scope of services and general control framework of GTO.
  • Develop and implement tactical solutions to increase efficiency and process transparency.
  • Review quality controls, overnight package tracking, and various reconciliations.
  • Liaise with senior managers in Operations, Technology, and Business to develop strategic solutions.
  • Learn and apply check handling policies and procedures.
  • Provide customer support and resolution on workflow/transaction issues.
  • Perform administrative supervisor functions, including timesheet review/approvals, annual objectives, mid-year reviews, and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-4 years of supervisory work experience in Operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong client service orientation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to new changes and challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills.
