The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Holdings presents an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist (CRS).

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that all transactions are handled with care and that company-approved services and products are offered to enhance the customer experience.

This role also streamlines the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, ensuring a smooth and timely rental and return experience.

The compensation for this role begins at $20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

2. Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.

3. Utilize company-approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other supplementary equipment.

4. Provide additional customer support by offering directions, maps, local area insights, and relevant service information.

5. Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, providing information and solutions for customers, other branches, and vendors.

6. Make outgoing calls for follow-up management and other assigned tasks.

7. Assist in evaluating the condition of rentals upon return.

8. Inform management of any known customer issues.

9. Report any vehicle-related problems and necessary maintenance to management.

10. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.

11. Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is required.

4. A valid driver's license is necessary, with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related convictions on the driving record in the last 5 years.

5. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company now or in the future.

6. Must be able to work one of the following shifts: Thursday – 3pm to 12pm, Friday - 3pm to 12pm, Saturday - 3pm to 12pm, Sunday - 3pm to 12pm, Monday - 3pm to 12pm or Thursday - 6am to 3pm, Friday - 6am to 3pm, Saturday - 6am to 3pm, Sunday - 6am to 3pm, Monday - 6am to 3pm.
