Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Larkspur, CA - Onsite

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000

About the Role:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for analyzing, administering, and coordinating leasing processes for residential, commercial, office, and industrial buildings. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support to Residential and Commercial leasing processes
  • Communicate with commercial and residential tenants and draft formal letters related to onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and regulatory issues
  • Analyze costs and policies impacting commercial, residential, and industrial properties
  • Maintain an enterprise workflow system in real-time to coordinate activities across multiple departments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Vice President

Requirements:

  • Certificate in California Residential Management (CCRM)
  • Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the following knowledge and ability requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Windows Operating System
  • Ability to adapt and learn additional software platforms as purchased by the company
  • Web-based workflow management knowledge is a plus
  • Yardi experience is a plus
  • Ability to write formal and informal correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
