Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Nelson Connects. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering various aspects of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support to residential and commercial leasing processes
  • Communicate with tenants and draft formal letters related to onboarding, compliance, and regulatory issues
  • Analyze costs and policies impacting commercial, residential, and industrial properties
  • Maintain an enterprise workflow system to coordinate activities across multiple departments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Vice President
Requirements
  • Certificate in California Residential Management (CCRM)
  • Three years of recent full-time experience in building maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows Operating System
  • Ability to adapt and learn additional software platforms
  • Web-based workflow management knowledge and Yardi experience are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
