Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at WellStar Cobb Hospital. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Services department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Assist patients with positioning and preparing for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure optimal image quality and patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Current certification in Radiography (ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
