Key Responsibilities:
  • Address help desk tickets and set up workstations and user accounts using IT management tools.

  • Manage Active Directory and implement changes in cPanel, WordPress, Microsoft O365, and more.
  • Oversee monitoring tools such as Nagios, CloudFlare, and NinjaRMM, including software updates and patch management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Candidates with an associate's degree or relevant certifications may also be considered.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a network support or similar capacity.
  • Willingness to perform urgent repairs outside of standard business hours.

  • Annual Salary: $45,000-$50,000
