About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead our Next Generation PLM transformation program. As a key member of our IS&T Product Engineering Systems team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that drive Apple's product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build, manage, and execute program roadmaps, while managing program-level dependencies and risks.
  • Prepare and deliver audience-specific communications and reports to ensure program teams, stakeholders, and leadership are adequately apprised of program status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage a diverse range of technical tracks, including application development, system integrations, data migrations, DevOps, and QA.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Engineering Program Management experience working on large, complex, enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives.
  • 4+ years of prior software engineering experience with enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle enterprise systems implementation.
  • Experience leading system design, integration, and deployment with the right balance of both technical and leadership skills.
