Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, working independently to unload orders and merchandise product.
- Partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
- Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
- Paid time off.
- Health care benefits on day one (including dental and vision).
- Retirement savings benefits such as a 401(k) Plan with Company match.
