Job Summary:

As an Assembly and Test Specialist at Parker Hannifin Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine assembling and testing functions, including lock wiring and final product detailing.

• Utilize mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a production environment.

• Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedules.

• Produce and inspect assemblies for complete conformance to specifications.

• Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.

• Record test results on data forms.

• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives.

• Maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area and observe all safety rules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of assembly/test or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.

• Manual dexterity and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.

• Effective English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
