We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, break rooms, and restrooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing ceiling tiles
  • Monitor the grounds and parking lots, and pick up litter as required
  • Assist in recycling and repackaging of shipping materials
  • Inspect and clean restrooms throughout the day, and replace paper and soap supplies as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three (3) months experience as a custodian preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions
  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
  • Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation
  • Occasionally perform tasks while standing and walking up to 100% of time
  • Reach, bend, kneel and have high level of manual dexterity
  • Occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
