Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $147,050 to $198,950, taking into account various factors including work location within the US market, skills, experience, education level, and market rate. In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program, which is dependent on the level of the role.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Territory Account Manager (TAM). This key role will involve working closely with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to adopt new approaches to HIV treatment and deliver success in this role. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals.

  • Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
  • Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
  • Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to accurately understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 3+ years' specialty experience
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary, majority of time will be spent in market
  • Valid Driver's License
