About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our General Lab Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sorting, tagging, and preparing veterinary samples for testing
  • Help load IDEXX analyzers and restock supplies
  • Run serology kit tests and perform other laboratory tasks as needed
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and SOPs
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
