Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical care of our homecare clients, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge.
- Manage care delivery and personnel, ensuring high-quality clinical services.
- Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, ensuring their skills and competencies.
- Foster caregiver development through education, training, and ongoing support.
- Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits.
- Competitive salary: $85,000-95,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
