Job Description

The Lead Infant Teacher will oversee the daily operations of the infant program, develop and implement curriculum, and ensure the highest standards of care and education for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum and activities for infants
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead teaching role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CPR and First-Aid certifications

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
