Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements.
  • Conduct state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Complete thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
  • Assist with housekeeping functions as directed by management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle emissions and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
