Qualifications:
Applicants should possess prior experience with asphalt milling and paving equipment. A thorough understanding of the paving industry, including preparatory work, grading, drainage, paving patterns, and job specifications, is essential.

The operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is in optimal working condition and will perform minor maintenance tasks or report significant issues to the supervisor.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience in asphalt and road construction.
