Job Purpose:

As a Client Relationship Specialist at JFS Wealth Advisors, you will play a vital role in coordinating and providing asset management support to our clients. This involves utilizing a team approach to monitor transactions and various client needs and wants on investment accounts, as well as other financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Support: Facilitate and execute tasks, ensuring prompt and complete follow-through. Maintain Progress Review meeting schedules, actively maintain advisors' calendars, and confirm appointments.
  2. Client Interface: Follow up with clients for additional information required by advisors, meet with clients as requested, and follow up on client questions and concerns with advisors.
  3. Custodian Interface: Initiate transactions and paperwork, communicate with custodians daily regarding alerts and other maintenance, and maintain appropriate documentation and records.
  4. New Client Onboarding: Work with advisors to onboard new clients from initiation through completion, request necessary paperwork, and oversee the transfer of assets and/or accounts.
  5. Administrative Functions: Process additional funds into existing accounts, provide delivery instructions for various assets, process daily deposits, and fulfill distributions requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, knowledge of CRM software systems, and proficiency in Microsoft suite.
  • Valid driver's license and client service orientation.

Physical Demands:

The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
