Formulation Scientist

Position Title: Chemist

JBAndrews is seeking a skilled Chemist to join a prominent Personal Care Contract Manufacturer in Pennsylvania, USA.

Note: This role requires onsite presence.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Care Contract Manufacturing, with a focus on formulation for body care, haircare, and skincare products.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a team of chemists.
• Adhere to clear directives, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and with precision.
• Supervise daily laboratory operations, ensuring a well-structured and safe environment.
• Innovate and enhance formulations for body care, skincare, and haircare items.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet established timelines.
• Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness in identifying and implementing proactive solutions.
• Assess and select raw materials and technologies appropriate for product innovation.
• Contribute to the ideation and development of new product concepts.
• Strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Protocols.
