Job Summary

College of DuPage is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach in our Nursing program. As a Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. We are committed to providing a high-quality education to our students and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver course materials and instruction to students in a variety of settings, including classroom, lab, and clinical environments.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to students.
  • Submit required paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and program goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing is required.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time work as a registered nurse is required.
  • Experience teaching in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Must be a licensed registered nurse in Illinois.
  • This position is on-campus/clinical site only, no remote offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching.
  • Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online.
