Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain server hardware and operating systems.
- Set up and configure backup hardware and software.
- Install and manage EDR and remote management tools.
- Document all daily and project work in a timely and complete manner.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies and maintain selected technical certifications.
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and support for UPS, server hardware, and software.
- Monitor alerts and escalate to senior team members as needed.
- Receive, process, and inventory client equipment shipped to our facility.
- Set up and configure new computer equipment according to client specifications.
- Communicate with clients to schedule on-site visits as needed.
- Prioritize issues and provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong experience with Windows 10 desktop support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory Users and Computers, SMB Network Share Permissions, and Print Server Management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven software and network troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Print-Audit and papercut or willingness to learn.
- Superior phone presence and strong written skills.
- Desire to excel as a technologist in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
