Job Title: Part Time Healthcare Training and Education HR Assistant

UHS is seeking a Part Time Healthcare Training and Education HR Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing focused orientation and education for our Behavioral Health staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess staff training and development needs on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate and teach orientation and other training programs
  • Ensure completion of annual mandatory training and maintain competency of staff
  • Coordinate and maintain the hospital's training calendar
  • Responsible for the Health stream online training tool
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Staff Education experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
