Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process guest transactions accurately and securely, including check cashing, bill payment, and ATM transactions.
  • Assist the Guest Service Supervisor in supervising the Guest Service area, including training and coaching team members.
  • Communicate new policies and promotional programs to guests, ensuring that they are informed and engaged.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of related experience in customer service or sales.
  • Basic literacy skills and ability to read and understand company policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
