Superior Insurance Partners LLC is a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage platform focused on delivering commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefit solutions to companies and individuals. We partner with leading independent insurance agencies in the Midwest and Eastern US to provide tailored plans and customized resources.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of our agency partners by creating a highly customized plan for each partner to help them achieve their goals. We provide resources including accounting, finance, recruiting, HR, AMS/IT, marketing, and M&A support. Our agency partners are aligned through long-term economic incentives while leveraging the benefits of best practices, scale, and resources across our shared platform.

• Produce new business revenue with an emphasis on small to mid-size companies (Commercial).
• Collaborate with team members to co-produce new business opportunities.
• Engage in cold and warm outreach to identify new business prospects.
• Focus on 2-3 targeted market segments to prospect.
• Manage and grow a book of business once established.
• Work closely with our Service team to meet client needs and retain clients.

• P&C License (or ability to obtain within first 30 days).
• 2 years of experience in insurance sales or B2B sales.
