Insurance Producer

• Produce New Business Revenue: Focus on small to mid-size companies (Commercial) to drive new business revenue.
• Co-Production with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to co-produce new business opportunities.
• Cold and Warm Outreach: Engage in cold and warm outreach to identify new business prospects.
• Market Segmentation: Identify 2-3 focused market segments to prospect and target.
• Book Management: Manage and round-out book of business once established.
• Client Retention: Work alongside the Service team to meet client needs and retain clients.

• P&C License: Possess a P&C license (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days).
• Insurance Sales Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or B2B sales.
