Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Care: Provide direct supervision and care to children at Crestridge Kids Club, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Discipline and Intervention: Intervene in disciplinary situations and report incidents to the site director or assistant director.
  • Snack Service and Clean-up: Assist with serving snacks and cleaning up after activities.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of personal in-service hours and adhere to state regulations.
  • Procedures and Protocols: Familiarize yourself with and follow established procedures and protocols.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the site director and assistant director, taking direction as needed.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Qualifications: Meet the qualifications set by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, including up to 12 in-service hours per school year.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain an annual health examination form and felony statement.
Working Conditions

As a Site Aide at Crestridge Kids Club, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional care to children. You will be required to work a set schedule, including morning and afternoon shifts.
