Key Responsibilities:- Execute a variety of maintenance duties including changing light fixtures, air filters, painting, plumbing, and general upkeep as directed.
- Ensure cleanliness and adequate supply levels in assigned areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal spaces such as kitchens, cafeterias, lobbies, and break rooms.
- Oversee and service restroom facilities.
- Identify and rectify safety concerns and maintenance requirements.
- Manage building security protocols.
- Clear snow and maintain outdoor areas.
- Provide emergency and after-hours support as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3-6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance is necessary.
- Capability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Frequent use of hands and wrists is required.
