Responsibilities:
- Foster close relationships with residents
- Provide guidance and support to Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Deliver exceptional resident care according to individualized care plans
- Prioritize resident safety in all activities
- Continuously assess, document, and monitor resident health
- Assist with medication management and monitoring needs
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the applicable state
- CPR certification required
As a member of our team, LPNs are encouraged to engage in training opportunities and assist other staff as needed to uphold a quality care environment for our residents.
