Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical duties. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks and wound care
  • Assist with medical procedures and surgeries
  • Conduct health education and counseling sessions with patients and families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
  • Current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; public health experience a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
