Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and achievements. This compensation package includes:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Primrose School of Rockland. As a certified teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a love of learning in our students, and collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
