Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Boston/Rockland area office. As a BCBA at Beacon, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions and teaching programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities
- Develop individual goals and objectives for IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client treatment plans
- Create written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans, and programs
- Provide training on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
- Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
- Supervise Behavior Therapists and attend IEP meetings

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
