Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for elementary school age students in the Northampton, MA area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide speech therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Document student progress and communicate with parents and school staff.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required.
- Active or pending state SLPA license required.
- Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required.
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services, 4-5 days a week.
