Job Description:Verification Engineer

SiFive is creating RISC-V based CPU IPs faster and cheaper than ever before by combining rapid, iterative software design with proven hardware engineering. The Verification Engineer will ensure the fidelity of new highly configurable cores and other related IPs for clients taking on exciting new use cases like autonomous driving, 5G networking, wearables, or IoT. The Verification Engineer will be responsible for adopting state-of-the-art verification methodologies to in-house designs to ensure that everything on SiFive's integrated circuits works as intended.

You will be part of a high-performance Out-of-Order Core team that focuses on verification of components such as Frontend, Mid-Core, Load-Store Unit, Integer and Floating Execution Unit, as well as Vector Unit that implement the latest RVV.

Requirements
  • BS/MS Degree in EE, CE, or CS
  • 8+ years relevant experience with IP/Component functional verification, preferably in Core/CPU verification
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture is desired
  • Seasoned developer using object-oriented programming principles
