About the Role
This Junior Technician position at Hawk CDJR Fiat involves working on various automotive tasks, including maintenance and repairs, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality. You will have opportunities to develop your technical skills through ongoing training sessions and collaborations with experienced technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks according to dealership and Mopar standards.
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
- Continuously learn new technical information to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Inspect and test vehicles to identify necessary repairs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with shop equipment, including wheel and tire systems, alignment tools, diagnostic equipment, and AC systems.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience).
- Comprehensive benefits package in accordance with the Local 701 union contract.
