Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19-$21, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases. Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for patients' personal hygiene needs
  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
  • Ambulating, transferring, and performing range of motion exercises
  • Monitoring vital signs, measuring intake/output, and documenting changes

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • A compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
