Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled front desk receptionist for our medical clinic. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the telephone operator and greeting patients warmly.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
  • Collecting co-pays and deductibles in accordance with company policy.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments as per established protocols.
  • Serving as the main customer service representative for the clinic.
  • Completing additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Prior reception experience is advantageous.
  • Availability for full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA) upon hire is required.
