Skilled Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Wedgewood Healthcare Center. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional personal care and nursing services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in resident reports and provide personalized care in accordance with their needs.
- Facilitate activities and ensure residents' requests are met with dignity and respect.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents.
- Assist with preparing residents for various activities and ensure their food service needs are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation records and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program within 120 days.
- An understanding of resident care procedures and standards.
- Ability to make independent decisions and work harmoniously with staff.
- Compassionate personality with patience, tact, and enthusiasm.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
