Our Primary Care providers work closely with our Mental Health services and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, promoting a comprehensive approach to patient care. This model empowers individuals to achieve their health goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients to enhance their overall health and wellness.
  • Practice with consideration for cultural diversity and individual patient needs.
  • Engage in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and case management.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in peer review and quality assurance processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • MD, DO, or equivalent international medical training required.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA.
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Ability to secure and maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Meet credentialing and hospital privilege requirements as applicable.
  • BLS/ACLS certification required within 180 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:
Medium Work:
Occasional lifting of up to 32 lbs. (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
