Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Tulsa. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients to their next level of care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Eligibility to take or has passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination.
