About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering orthopaedic excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper limb disorders
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Use a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretching, and hands-on therapy, to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
  • Record and track patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on the recovery process and self-management techniques
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of practice
  • Hand Therapy experience required; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification preferred
