We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Americold. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing clerical support, including maintaining accurate records and files
  • Scheduling loads and ensuring all loads are empty and closed
  • Resolving refused product, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
