Job Description

Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing financial institution seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Lakeville or Apple Valley, MN offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling routine financial transactions, ensuring a positive interaction with customers and non-customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant disposition, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive interaction with customers and non-customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and research, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
