At Lush Handmade Cosmetics, we're seeking a talented and passionate Seasonal Ambassador to join our team. As a Seasonal Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

• Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize our StoreForce dashboard to exceed sales goals and consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
